The LeadingAge CEMO Executive Compensation Survey outlines compensation and other employment practices of multisite aging services organizations throughout the country, produced by CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA). The data from the Executive Compensation Study can help organizations obtain benchmark data useful for attracting and retaining leadership necessary to advance mission.
Please consider participating in the Executive Compensation Survey to help make this year’s report a valued success. The recruitment period for participating organizations has already begun and will be open through July 15, 2021 (extended from previous years to garner increased participation).
Submission prior to July 15, 2021 will secure your discounted participating provider price of $450, while submission after July 15, 2021 will increase the price to $600 for participants. Participant pricing offers a significant reduction over the non-participating provider rate of $2,000 – $2,500.

Once CLA receives your data kit, their team will:
- review and validate your entries;
- contact you to resolve any issues; and
- (new this year) will forward a link for a supplemental Microsoft Forms survey to gather information that is challenging to collect within the data kit format.
