Life Plan Community Salary & Benefits Study – Deadline Extended
LeadingAge Partner Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS) has extended their deadline for participation int the annual Life Plan Community/CCRC Salary & Benefits study – there’s still time for LeadingAge Members to participate! Providers are asked to complete the study’s questionnaire by April 10, 2023 April 24, 2023. The CCRC Report will be published in June 2023. A separate Nursing Home study begins in March with a deadline of May 8th. Both studies are published by HCS in cooperation with LeadingAge.
The Reports cover management salaries, bonuses, non-management wages, and fringe benefits. Data will be reported by region, state, CBSA, revenue size, and bed size. Both for-profit and not-for-profit data will be separately covered. Information on eighteen fringe benefits, shift differentials, turnover and vacancy rates, and other facility metrics will also be included.
Last year’s CCRC Report contained data from 421 CCRCs and covered 1,283 employees. The Nursing Home Report contained data from 1,283 nursing homes and included data from 119,140 employees.

There is no cost to participate in the studies. LeadingAge member participants may purchase the results at the special and discounted rate of $175 (prepaid)/$195 (billed) , versus the $375 nonparticipant rate.
