The Membership Operations Manager supports LeadingAge’s membership operations nationally and in collaboration with State Partners through recruitment, membership processing and engagement support. They manage the execution of all membership activities, including billing, member data management and member services. They also work closely with State Partner organizations and internal staff to enhance recruitment and retention opportunities as it relates to membership.
