LeadingAge is excited to offer a new benchmarking assessment to a select number of LeadingAge members. Know where you stand in the four key strategic and operational areas of Governance, Organizational Strategy, Risk Management, and Operational Priorities.
LeadingAge members are providing critical services while facing unprecedented challenges and uncertainty in our sector. Navigating obstacles and thriving in this environment requires strategic assessment and planning. That’s why LeadingAge is partnering with Integrated Governance Solutions to launch a national organizational assessment & benchmarking project to provide members with customized insights and actionable advice to help their communities excel.
Participants will be placed into two cohorts of up to 20 organizations; each will select key leaders in their organizations to complete proprietary assessment surveys that are designed to measure performance in four key strategic and operational areas: Governance, Organizational Strategy, Risk Management, and Operational Priorities.
Integrated Governance Solutions (IGS) will analyze each participating organization’s data to produce a customized diagnostic report with insights and specific recommendations. Participants will receive a report that aggregates anonymized data across their cohort, allowing them to analyze their organization’s individual results and positioning within the context of national benchmark averages. Additionally, participants will be able to review their results in the context of IGS’ entire repository of benchmark data, including within the non-profit sector, and specifically senior housing.
Then, up to six people from each participating organization will participate in a virtual workshop with other members of their cohort, facilitated and led by Integrated Governance Solutions. The workshop is designed to be a shared learning experience, during which facilitators will discuss best and promising practices, facilitate areas of collaborations, highlight successful case studies, share helpful resources, answer questions, and practical and tangible next steps and deliverables.
Participation is limited to 20 provider member organizations per cohort. Registration has closed as of January 31, 2023.
Participating organizations will each pay $2,500. This price includes all project components, including:
- Participation in the organizational assessment/benchmarking survey by up to four people from the organization’s leadership team (executives, board of director members, etc.).
- Individualized organization-level results and analysis.
- Access to the full cohort benchmarking report.
- Participation in the virtual workshop by up to six individuals from the organization’s leadership team (executives, board of director members, etc.).
LeadingAge is currently assembling the project’s two cohorts. Individual assessments and virtual workshops will take place in the first quarter of 2023.
